When you visit this website we do not collect, store, or sell browsing data. There is no analytics script, no pixel, no fingerprinting, and no advertising network involved. The pages are static and are served without any client-side data collection.
Hosting
How the website is served.
This website is hosted on a managed platform. The hosting provider processes basic technical requests to deliver pages and may retain standard server logs — such as IP addresses and request timestamps — for a limited period for security and operational purposes. These logs are governed by the hosting provider's own privacy practices, not by Method & Minds, and we do not access or use them.
Scheduling
Google Calendar appointment scheduling.
When you click "Schedule a conversation," you are taken to Google Calendar appointment scheduling on calendar.app.google. Any information you provide there — your name, email, and the time you select — is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Method & Minds receives the booking details so the conversation can take place, but the scheduling process itself is governed by Google.
How email is handled and retained.
When you email jess@methodandminds.com or hello@methodandminds.com, your message and any attachments are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to conduct any follow-up conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share email correspondence with third parties for marketing.
Email correspondence is retained for as long as the inquiry or engagement relationship is active, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can respond to follow-up questions or fulfill any agreed-upon work. You may request that we delete your email correspondence at any time by writing to hello@methodandminds.com, and we will remove it from our active records except where retention is required for legal, tax, or contractual obligations.
Your rights
Access, correction, and deletion.
Because this website collects no personal data automatically, there is no profile to access, correct, or delete on our end. For any information you send us directly — such as an email — you may ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Write to hello@methodandminds.com and we will respond within 30 days.
